Kandi is really awesome! She has been very patient with the process of looking for my house. She has a lot of knowledge on what to look for when you go to look at houses. Some things I never thought to look for. There were a few hiccups with some houses I put an offer on (due to the sellers) but she handled it like a pro! And when those didn't quite work out she was very encouraging! She is very friendly which helped with my very anti social self. When negotiations came around she was really great with relaying exactly what I wanted to the sellers. It also helps that she has more than 20 years of experience! She helped me find my dream home and I would love to work with her again! If you need a realtor I highly recommend Kandi!

Kandi was great to work with! She is knowledgeable of the area and gave me insights and suggestions as to what to look for in houses. Because I was moving from out of state, this was incredibly helpful. She was quick to respond to my queries and answered all of my questions. Kandi went above and beyond in helping me find a just-right house. She worked with me to show houses via face-time and when I found myself stranded here for inspections, she provided me transportation. She worked with me through every step of the process. Kandi is very warm and personable. She truly wants to help you find just what you are looking for. I would 100% recommend Kandi when you are looking to buy or sell a property!

Kandi Challis & Erica Dufour's,(Powerful team)zeal...flows into there area of expertise & professionism!They have gone above & beyond, to battle on our behalf... countless times!Buying property from out of state, places the buyer in a vulnerable position...except with this Power team!Many time, one or both would drive to the property for whatever we needed. It could be to take measurements or walk the house & video, any request we asked. They both responded with such grace!
